Thistle Gifts was founded by Saskia, a designer who has spent more than twenty years creating unique handcrafted life style products for both independent retailers and major high street brands.

We are now proud to introduce a new range of lifestyle and giftware items, inspired by the country we call home.

 

Living and working in Scotland, we have always drawn on the landscape, colours and heritage around us — the heathered purples and pinks of the moors, the deep greens of the glens, the iconic botanicals and unique fabric designs that have symbolised Scotland for centuries.

 

What began as a personal creative practice has grown into a purposeful brand with a clear vision: to create gifts that capture the true spirit of Scotland, made in a way that does right by the people who make them and the world they’re made in.

 

Our products are ethically handcrafted in Nepal and India by our artisan partners who are certified members of the World Fair Trade Organization & Sedex (the gold standards in fair trade accreditation).

 

Our commitment to sustainability also runs through everything we do. We work with natural, responsibly sourced materials chosen for both their beauty and their low environmental impact. From materials used to handcraft our products to the carefully curated choices for minimal packaging.
